Seattle’s Restaurant Week, a time honored festivity in which restaurants bring out a unique menu of offerings at a great price for area locals and tourists alike.  Relish was on the scene this spring with a unique and inspired menu based on our premise of satisfying food made with Seattle’s best local ingredients.  This season’s menu included mouthwatering Cider Brined Pork Chop with Opal Apple Chutney and a KuKuRuZa Caramel Corn Sundae served with Salted Caramel Whidbey Island Ice Cream and chocolate ganache. Chef de Cuisine Jason moved here from Phoenix excited to explore Seattle’s local scene and bring a fresh take to a classic menu:

“I wanted to use standout ingredients crafted by Seattle companies that made an impression on me as a new transplant in the great Pacific Northwest, and translate those amazing tastes to our guests.”

We couldn’t be more excited to have first time Relish visitors to our restaurant and to be part of such a great Seattle tradition!
